Instructions on how to take attendance in Zoom Meetings. You can also view the YouTube video listed on the left-side menu.
From your Zoom home screen:
- Click on “Reports” from the menu on the left
- Choose “Usage”
- Select your date
- Use the gray slider at the bottom to scroll all the way to the right so that you can view the “Participants” column
- Click on the blue number of participants for that meeting
- Check the “Show unique users” box
- From here, you can export the list into a spreadsheet to alphabetize the list and delete duplicates, etc.
