Taking Attendance on Zoom Meetings

Instructions on how to take attendance in Zoom Meetings. You can also view the YouTube video listed on the left-side menu. 

From your Zoom home screen:

  1. Click on “Reports” from the menu on the left
  2. Choose “Usage”
  3. Select your date
  4. Use the gray slider at the bottom to scroll all the way to the right so that you can view the “Participants” column
  5. Click on the blue number of participants for that meeting
  6. Check the “Show unique users” box
  7. From here, you can export the list into a spreadsheet to alphabetize the list and delete duplicates, etc.
