What is needed to register at Muirlands?
- My student is currently enrolled in the San Diego Unified School District:
- Copy of Immunization records*
- Proof of Residence: Current Utility Bill, Rental Lease Agreement or Mortgage Statement (no phone, cell phone or bank statements)
- Most recent grades
- My student is not currently attending a San Diego Unified School District school, but was previously enrolled in the San Diego Unified School District:
- Copy of Immunization records*
- Proof of Residence: Current Utility Bill, Rental Lease Agreement or Mortgage Statement (no phone, cell phone or bank statements)
- Most recent grades
- My student has never been enrolled in the San Diego Unified School District:
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Passport
- Copy of Immunization records*
- Proof of Residence: Current Utility Bill, Rental Lease Agreement or Mortgage Statement (no phone, cell phone or bank statements)
- Most recent grades
*To help protect students and school, all incoming 7th graders need proof of a TDaP booster shot in order to attend class. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND CLASSES WITHOUT A SHOT RECORD, showing that they received a booster shot on or after their 7th birthday.
